The Honourable Commissioner for Housing, Cross River State, Dr. Beatrice Igwe, today attended the Carnival Parade Thanksgiving themed: Glorification held in Calabar.
Dr. Igwe joined Their Excellencies, the Governor of Cross River State, Apostle. Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, who was ably represented at the event by the Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey, alongside other key dignitaries and government officials.
The Carnival Parade Thanksgiving featured a symbolic walk which commenced from the popular 11-11 Roundabout, during which prayers were offered, drawing participants from across the state in a unified expression of gratitude, faith, and celebration.
The thanksgiving progressed in an atmosphere of reverence and collective gratitude, as participants offered praises and thanksgiving to God for His faithfulness and the continued peace and progress across the state.Her attendance further demonstrates her unwavering commitment to the leadership of His Excellency and a strong alignment with the administration’s people-centered approach to governance.
