
Earlier today, the Director on Border Security to the Governor of Cross River State, Mr. Leo Inyambe, warmly received members of All Stars Football Club, Urban Ward 11, Abakpa, Ogoja, at his country home following a friendly football match between Ogoja All Stars of the Northern Senatorial District and Boki All Stars of the Central Senatorial District.

The exciting encounter, which was played in the spirit of friendship, unity, and sportsmanship, brought together football enthusiasts from both senatorial districts, further strengthening the bond of peace and brotherhood among the participants.
While hosting the team after the match, Mr. Leo Inyambe expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the players and officials for the love, solidarity, and support they have consistently shown him. He urged them to remain steadfast, united, and committed to promoting peace, healthy living, and community development through sports.

Mr. Inyambe also used the occasion to unveil the campaign banners of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates, beginning with the Presidency and extending to other candidates across the Northern Senatorial District. He noted that the banners have been strategically mounted across communities in the North as a demonstration of the party’s preparedness, unity, and commitment ahead of the forthcoming elections.
