The Cross River State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, under the leadership of Hon Pius Edet, embarked on a comprehensive initiative to revamp the state’s road infrastructure.
Hon Pius Edet alongside the permanent ministry of works, Dr Paul Bepeh with a team of expert engineers conducted a comprehensive on the spot inspection of Aya bridge in OBUDU-BEKWARRA road and other roads infrastructure across the northern senatorial district of the state
This initiative is in line with Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu’s “People First” vision, highlighting the administration’s dedication to creating high-quality infrastructure that boosts economic growth and improves residents lives.
During the AYA BRIDGE inspection, critical areas needing immediate rehabilitation were identified by the Ministry and recommendations were made
A high-priority intervention was mandated for this section to ensure seamless transit for commuters and farmers.
