The Cross River State Commissioner for Housing, Dr. Beatrice Igwe, represented the Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, at the Renewed Hope Housing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Summit 2.0 held at the Yar’Adua Conference Centre, Abuja.

The summit, organized by the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in partnership with Shelter Advisory Services Limited, brought together key players in the housing sector to explore practical ways of improving housing delivery through effective public-private collaboration.










While at the event, Dr. Igwe joined other government officials, housing professionals, and development partners in discussions focused on scaling up housing projects across the country and finding workable solutions to Nigeria’s housing challenges.
She was also given the opportunity to speak on behalf of the Governor. In her remarks, she reiterated the State Government’s commitment to a people-focused housing approach and the ongoing Renewed Housing Agenda. She noted that Cross River State remains committed to strengthening partnerships that will accelerate housing delivery, bridge the housing gap, and improve living conditions for residents.
